I have a range of standard designs that are available for the sizes and flavour combinations outlined below.

I love to make bespoke cakes, so if you have something specific in mind or would like us to design something together for your special occasion, please send me your ideas or inspiration pictures.

PRICES
The prices listed are for cakes made in my signature style (see photos below). Exact design will vary slightly depending on flavour, and whether a personalised message is added.

SMALL £70
Three 6-inch layers of sponge with thick Italian meringue buttercream.

Serves 8-10, or 20 smaller party portions
(1 inch x 1 inch).

MEDIUM £85
Three 8-inch layers of sponge with thick Italian meringue buttercream.
Serves 14-16, or 40 smaller party portions
(1 inch x 1 inch).
LARGE £100
Three 10-inch layers of sponge with thick Italian meringue buttercream​​.

Dietary & Allergen Advice
All cakes will be provided will allergen information at the time of delivery. All cakes include CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (WHEAT), EGG, and MILK. Some cakes will also include SULPHITES, SOYBEANS, and/or TREE NUTS.
My cakes are made in a domestic kitchen that uses all 14 allergens, therefore I cannot guarantee that Patisserie Gemma products are free from traces of allergens. Please notify me of any allergies or dietary requirements when you order so that I can confirm whether I can accommodate your requirements.

At this time I cannot offer gluten free or dairy free cakes. Suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans.

Storage & Shelf Life
Please store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Best consumed at room temperature, so leave the cake out of the fridge for an hour before serving.
Cakes can be frozen for up to 1 month, ideally cut into individual portions and frozen in an airtight container/wrapper.

Free collection from Abbey Wood (SE2).
£5 delivery to local areas.
Delivery also available in wider London, Kent, and Hertfordshire (additional delivery charge depending on postcode).
